This document constitutes the legally binding agreement between you and vjl Casino governing your use of the vjl platform, including account registration, gameplay, financial transactions, bonuses, and all related services. Any bonus funds claimed across duplicate accounts will be forfeited in their entirety, and real-money balances may be withheld pending AML review.
vjl Casino is required by PAGCOR regulation to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You must submit a legible copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (including but not limited to: UMID, driver's license, Philippine passport, SSS ID, or PhilHealth ID). vjl reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of address and source of funds, at any time as required by its AML compliance obligations.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Changes to your registered mobile number or email address must be made through the official Account Settings panel and may require re-verification. vjl is not responsible for service disruptions caused by outdated account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vjl Account credentials, including your password, OTP codes, and any biometric authentication data. You agree to notify vjl Casino's support team immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorized access to your Account.
vjl Casino will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from vjl and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
vjl Casino is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, including losses resulting from sharing your credentials with third parties, using your Account on shared or public devices, or failure to log out of active sessions.

You may only withdraw funds that represent either your deposited real-money balance or confirmed winnings from legitimate gameplay. vjl Casino expressly disclaims all liability for: (a) indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity; (c) service interruptions caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond vjl's reasonable control, including Force Majeure events; (d) losses arising from your use of the Platform in violation of this Agreement; and (e) losses arising from third-party payment processing delays or failures beyond vjl's control.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vjl Casino makes no warranty — express, implied, or statutory — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You assume the entire risk of using the Platform.
Voluntary Closure: You may request closure of your vjl Account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team. Prior to closure, all pending wagers must be settled and all applicable wagering requirements assessed. Real-money balances remaining after resolution of pending wagers will be returned to your nominated payment method, subject to KYC completion and AML clearance.
Closure by vjl Casino: vjl Casino reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) material breach of any provision of this Agreement; (b) confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity; (c) confirmed underage gambling; (d) failure to complete KYC within the required period; (e) discovery of duplicate accounts; (f) engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9; or (g) direction from PAGCOR or other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
Upon closure for cause, vjl Casino reserves the right to forfeit Bonus Funds and winnings derived from bonus play. Real-money deposits may be withheld pending AML and fraud investigation outcomes.

Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and vjl Casino arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through vjl Casino's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the 24/7 support team. vjl will acknowledge receipt of your dispute within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms, which provide regulatory oversight over licensed operators. PAGCOR's contact and dispute submission information is available through official PAGCOR public channels.
Disputes that remain unresolved following PAGCOR's process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
